Meet our Vetsitters

Hi! My name is Jordyn, I am the owner and founder of Vetsitting, LLC.

I currently work in Charlotte at “2023 Charlotte’s Best” veterinary hospital, where many of my petsitting clients have found me. I have been at my current location for over 4 years now and have been in the veterinary field for 8 years total.

Within Vet Med, my passion lies in working with exotic pets and practicing fear free ideologies. I have always loved all animals, from the cute and fluffy to the wet and scaley, and nothing makes me happier than when I am able to gain a fearful animals trust.

When I’m not working at the hospital, I honestly spend most of my free time Vetsitting and managing my business. I feel so lucky to work in a field that I love and am so passionate about. I consider myself even more fortunate to form such great relationships with not only the pets I care for, but with my clients as well. I have been petsitting in Charlotte for 7 years now and over the years, I have been invited to client weddings, thanksgiving, and been told on numerous occasions that I am “part of the family” which means so much to me, especially having my whole family 14 hours away. There is truly no job on this earth that I would rather be doing.

Hello! I'm Taylor. Dedicated Vetsitter, Virtual Veterinary Nurse, and Administrative Assistant here at Vetsitting, LLC.

Originally I'm from Southern California, it was there that my lifelong passion for animals and the veterinary field began. When I was just four years old, I used to tell everyone that when I grew up I wanted to become a "vetterian". I practiced my "doctoring" skills on my various stuffed animals, including a cherished stuffed black lab that I still keep to this day.

While working on my college education, I began working as a pet sitter for friends and family . After earning my Bachelor's degree in Science, I relocated to Indiana, where I worked in a local Animal Shelter. Over time, I promoted to Veterinary Assistant and eventually Head Adoption Counselor. It was during this transformative phase that my dedication to the Veterinary Industry deepened. I transitioned to an in-clinic role at a nearby veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable experinces and achieved my Fear Free Certification.

Today, I call Charlotte  my home. I am incredibly fortunate to work as a Virtual Veterinary Assistant, which gives me the flexibility to work remotely, foster in-need pets, and spend more time with my senior dog, Champ, a Belgian Malinois/Boxer mix, and my nine-month-old kitten, Arwen.

I consider myself fortunate to have the medical experience and animal welfare background I do. I'm excited to meet and care for your beloved fur babies, treating them with the same love and care that I provide to my own cherished pets!

Hi! My name is Marisa.

I was born in New York but moved to the Charlotte area when I was young. When I am not working or at school I am doing agility with my dog Athena. Athena is an American Staffordshire Terrier and is my absolute heart dog. I also have a coonhound named Leo, an orange tabby named Mazikeen, and a hedgehog named nugget.

I am a pre-veterinary undergraduate student and currently a full time urgent care vet assistant. I am fear free certified have been in the veterinary field for 3 years, having only worked with fear free techniques from the very beginning! I started off as a receptionist and worked my way up to assistant/ (non registered) tech. I have an interest in small animal and exotic medicine and plan to make that my focus when in vet school.

I truly have a passion for providing positive experiences for all pets. I can’t wait to create positive memories with your furry (or non furry) loved ones! ❤

Hi! My name is Nickie and I'm so excited to meet your furry best friends!

I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Animal Veterinary Sciences and I have since  dedicated  most of my time to working with small, large and exotic animals.

After getting my degree, I decided to move to Charlotte and work as a veterinary nurse. I've gained experience in general practice, urgent care, and am now  currently working in a specialty clinic.

I'm both CPR and fear free certified, and am actively helping my colleagues achieve the same designation. Being fear free certified means a lot to me. Ultimately, my goal is to create a stress-free and safe experience for your pet during every visit.

When I'm not at work, I'm usually spending time with my five cats, reading, or going on  adventures with my friends. Animals have always been my passion and I can't wait to care for yours!

Hello there! I'm Stephanie.

Though I've lived in various states,  North Carolina is currently what I've come to consider home, having spent most of my life here.

In 2016, my academic pursuits led me to UNCG where I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology. Further fueled by my passion for animals, I sought a degree in Veterinary Technology. As of now, I'm working as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) at an animal ophthalmology practice, having spent over 4 years in the field. Though, my passion for helping animals  persists throughout my entire life.

Within the Veterinary field, my interests lie heavily in surgical nursing, anesthesia, and caring for hospitalized patients. I've honed my skills in numerous facets of veterinary nursing, ranging from wound care and emergency medical intervention, to the administration of various medications. Among all my experiences, the most gratifying is earning the trust of a nervous animal and watching as they come out of their shell.

Outside of work, I savor moments with my companions - Otis, my dog, and Aslan, my cat. I enjoy lots of outdoor activities, especially  hiking and kayaking. On occasion, Otis even joins me for these adventures!

Understanding the profound bond we share with our pets, my aim is to ensure your pet's comfort. In my care, they're not just another patient - they're treated as a part of my own family.

Hello there! My name is Jessica.

I'm originally from New Mexico but have been residing in Charlotte, NC for the past two years. I'm currently enrolled as a student at Unity Environmental College.  Im working towards my life long goal of  becoming a veterinarian, specializing in emergency or exotic animals. My journey in the veterinary field began as a kennel technician, and I've since gained valuable experience as a veterinary assistant in both the intesnsive care and general practice settings.

My greatest joy comes from dedicating my life to providing compassionate care and unwavering devotion to every furry friend I encounter. I'm the proud owner of Mochi, a delightful black and white tuxedo cat who is my best friend. When the weather allows, we embark on exciting adventures together.

Caring for animals and forming special bonds with them is my true passion, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to extend that care to your beloved pet.

Hello! I'm Mason!

I am dedicated professional with a profound love for veterinary medicine and a strong desire to care for and assist animals. Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Fisheries & Wildlife Science along with a minor in Zoology from NC State University.

After graduation, I embarked on my journey in Charlotte, where I quickly immersed myself in the field as a veterinary technician specializing in emergency triage. It was during this time that my passion for providing exceptional care to animals and building meaningful connections with their owners flourished. This experience fueled my deep appreciation for the intricacies of veterinary medicine.

Currently, I work as an intensive care technician at a distinguished specialty hospital, collaborating closely with cardiologists and an internal medicine specialists. Through this role, I have gained invaluable expertise in specialty surgery and have acquired basic and advanced CPR certifications.

Outside of work, I enjoy the company of my beloved three-legged fur baby, Maple, experimenting with new culinary creations, and nurturing my thriving collection of house plants.

My unwavering dedication to the well-being of our animal companions drives me to consistently exceed expectations. I am genuinely thrilled to meet you and your pets, and will ensure they receive the highest standard of care, attention,  and compassion that they deserve.

Hi there, my name is Stephanie but I go by Stevie!

I am North Carolina born and raised, originally from the small town of Wadesboro, NC. My educational journey began at UNC Charlotte, but life's twists led me to South Piedmont Community College, where I pursued a nursing degree. This decision was deeply rooted in my commitment to supporting and caring for my mother through her battle with breast cancer.

I spent several years working in human medicine in both emergency and hemodialysis units but eventually realized my true passion was animal nursing. In 2013 I switched gears and started working at one of the largest and most well-known pet healthcare providers in the country, where I worked for almost 10 years. I have since transitioned to a role at a dedicated local general practice. I've had the opportunity to work in emergency, general practice, and surgery settings. Outside of work, horseback riding is my ultimate pleasure, bringing me a profound sense of tranquility. The mere presence of animals has an incredibly soothing effect on me. My aspiration is to continuously evolve into the finest veterinary nurse I can possibly be.

I'm eagerly looking forward to the chance to care for your beloved fur-babies, showering them with the same boundless affection and compassion they graciously shower upon us every single day ❤️

Hi, I'm Tina!

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. My lifelong passion for animal care led me to pursue a career working with them. So, at the age of 10, my family made the decision to relocate to the United States to support my educational journey towards becoming a Veterinarian. I've been a resident of Charlotte for approximately 15 years now, with a brief interlude in Asheville. Ultimately, I returned to Charlotte at the end of April.

My journey in the veterinary field began roughly 7 years ago when I started as kennel staff. Over time, I progressed to the role of an emergency overnight technician, which I held for 5 years. During my time in Asheville, I had the opportunity to work at a specialty clinic for about a year, which greatly expanded my expertise.

Upon my return to Charlotte, my former clinic offered me the position of overnight ICU manager, a role I've embraced wholeheartedly.

Throughout my career, I've accumulated extensive experience in caring for a diverse array of animals, each with unique special needs.

Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy hiking and camping, often accompanied by my loyal companions, Coco and Nova. They are my cherished hiking companions, making every adventure all the more enjoyable. ❤️

Hello, I'm Renee!

I'm originally from the snowbelt of NW Pennsylvania, but have been a southern gal since 2006! My degree is in Environmental Science/Biology, but after several years working as a project manager at a local environmental testing lab I was drawn back to my passion of working with pets and their humans. I have been in the veterinary field since 2012, and have filled almost every role within the hospital setting, from reception to veterinary nurse and surgery assistant. Currently, I am working my dream job as a veterinary behavior assistant with an incredible team in Northwest Charlotte.

I am proud to hold the status of a Fear-Free Elite certified veterinary professional. I have recently completed the IAABC Fear Free Trainer Certification Program, and previously acquired HABRI human-animal bond certification through NAVC.

When not at work, I enjoy spending precious time with family and being out in nature with my husband and our six-year-old lab, Gus. We also volunteer with an amazing local non-profit called Continuing the Mission (https://continuingthemission.org/), which provides North Carolina veterans with fully trained assistance dogs at no cost.

I am thrilled to expand my veterinary niche and look forward to enriching the lives of our local furkids!

Hi everyone, my name is Talia!

I grew up here in Charlotte, NC. I recently returned to my home city after a brief excursion out west, working as a wrangler at a dude ranch in Montana.

Before heading out west, I spent the last four years studying animal science with a concentration in veterinary bioscience at North Carolina State University. While working towards my degree, I continued to grow my passion for animal care. My veterinary career began as a kennel technician, solely caring for up to 25 boarders a day. After gaining valuable experience in this position, I transferred into a veterinary assistant position at a small animal general practice hospital. It was here that I developed my knowledge and skills in animal handling, injections, blood draws, nail trims, and much more. As an avid cat person, I have a special love for working with cat patients.

During my sophomore year of school, my lack of pets led me to become a kitten foster for the local SPCA. I was able to help care for around 12 foster cats throughout college. Outside of work, my hobbies include riding horses, hiking, and creating art. Caring for animals brings me so much joy and I look forward to taking care of your furry companions!

Hello there! I'm Mollie!

Originally I'm from Wilmington, NC. I  ventured to Charlotte for college and instantly fell in love with city. After graduating from UNCC in 2022 with my Bachelor's in Biology, I decided to stay. As it turns out, I'm a city girl at heart!

Since I was a kid I've always been very passionate about pets. Its  been a lifelong dream of mine to become a Veterinarian. My journey in the field began in 2016 in Wilmington, where I worked as a veterinary nurse in a locally owned primary care hospital. Working in primary care deepened my love for this profession, but I craved more excitement, which led me to emergency medicine. The dynamic and unpredictable nature of emergency care has been incredibly fulfilling, teaching me something new every day. My path has taken me from ER to ICU, and now to the cardiology department, where I continue to grow and learn immensely.

When I'm not working, you'll find me indulging in crafts, losing myself in a good book, or spending quality time with my cat, Bindi, who has a knack for lounging on my crafting supplies and joining me in my reading adventures. I make it a point to explore something new in Charlotte every weekend, with Front Porch Sundays and the city's vibrant murals being some of my favorite finds. Currently, I'm in the process of applying to veterinary school, eager to further my education and bring more beloved animals into my life.

I look forward to the opportunity to learn through your pets and to welcome more cherished animals into my world!

Hello, my name is Ja'Nelle!

My husband Kenny and I recently  moved to Charlotte from Long Island, NY. We share our home with three cats: Shadow, Marceline, and Scarlet. Previously, we always had a dog—our dog Frankie is actually how my husband and I met. I've worked in the veterinary field for over 6 years and have been passionate about saving animals since I was a young girl.

My start in the veterinary filed began as a kennel assistant and I eventually worked my way up to a veterinary assistant. While working full-time, I earned my veterinary assistant certificate online from San Juan College. After a significant mentor left to manage a local animal shelter, I switched to a private practice to maintain my connections with the shelter.

Moving from Long Island to Charlotte was daunting, but Charlotte has been welcoming. I started at an Urgent Vet here, where I was met by supportive coworkers who taught me a lot about urgent care and fear free idealogies, a new concept for me that has been incredibly rewarding. I'm grateful for the skills I've learned here and the wonderful friends I've made in this short time.

In my free time, I often rescue animals I encounter, like Scarlet, who was part of a litter I found in a supermarket parking lot. I'm proud to have helped many pets find their forever homes and I don't plan to stop as long as I can help.

When I'm not saving animals, I love singing—on stage, in the car, and hopefully soon- to your pets! My other hobbies include going to the gym, visiting the beach, hiking, and cooking. My friends and family see me as caring, relaxed, yet responsible, hardworking, humorous, and empathetic.

I am so excited to meet more furry friends here in Charlotte and look forward to caring for your beloved pets.

Hi there, I'm Skylar!

I'm originally from Florida but I've just recently moved here to Charlotte and am happy to call it home now! I've been involved with animals all my life and have over seven years of experience working in the Veterinary field. My journey started with an education in Agriscience-Biotechnology and Vet Assisting at Frank H Peterson, where I began my career as an Animal Attendant. I then worked as a Veterinary Assistant for four years and most recently spent three years in a privately owned general practice as the lead Veterinary Assistant back in Florida. Additionally, I'm actively involved in community efforts like Trap-Neuter-Release programs, fostering, and rescue work. Plus, I'm Fear Free certified in Animal Handling and Grooming!

Outside of work, I love painting, gardening, and exploring the great outdoors with my two dogs, while my two cats prefer to spend their afternoons napping. I'm passionate about creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all fur babies and look forward to continuing to care for and nurture our beloved pets with all the love and dedication they deserve.

Hi everyone! My name is Nyquaisha, but feel free to call me Ny for short.

I'm 24 years old and a proud resident of Charlotte, having relocated here in 2019 from the small country town of Rockingham, North Carolina. Although I thoroughly enjoy the city life with all its activities, deep down, I'm still very much a country girl at heart. I began my venture into the veterinary field two years ago, though I've always been involved with animals, whether through doggy daycare or pet sitting. My enduring love for animals of all sizes, breeds, shapes, and colors is driving me to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian.

This fall, I plan to attend A&T State University to earn my Bachelor's in Animal Science. There's just something about animals that I can't stay away from—their care and happiness are my top priorities because they need us as much as we need them. They are incredibly loving and possess the purest of souls. I own a two-year-old female pitbull who means the world to me and is as sweet as can be. When I'm not caring for her or working, you'll often find me at the skating rink enjoying a good old time or spending moments with my family. Besides that, I love listening to music and dancing around my room. I look forward to meeting your wonderful furry babies, caring for them, and keeping them happy.

Hello everyone! My name is Abbie.

I’ve been passionately working in the veterinary medical field for nearly a decade. My career began immediately after graduating from high school in the fall of 2016, and it has been a rewarding journey ever since. I truly believe that caring for animals is my calling—helping those who cannot speak for themselves.

Currently, I work at Carolina Vet Specialists and Emergency, but my experience spans general practice and urgent care as well. This career has offered me extensive opportunities to learn and grow, deepening my appreciation for the ever-evolving science of veterinary medicine.

Alongside my professional career, I've also been dog sitting since my early teens, and as I approach 27, I cherish the lasting relationships I've formed with numerous families over the years, including one client relationship that has flourished since 2015!

I took a short hiatus from pet sitting in 2019 to welcome my son into the world, but I am thrilled to be returning to what I love—caring for your four-legged family members. I’m excited to reconnect with old clients and welcome new ones into my extended family of pet care.

Hello, I’m Angela!

I have been in the veterinary field for a total of 22 years. I have held the title of RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) for the last 10 years, having graduated from Gaston College Veterinary Medical Technology program in 2013. I have had the privilege of working at small animal hospitals in Texas, Colorado, and North Carolina. I have now called South Charlotte home since 2006.

I caught a bug for Veterinary medicine as a teenager in South Louisiana, where I assisted our horse veterinarian. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, geckos, hedgehogs, snakes, and even the late "Queen Charlotte", the city of Charlotte's  royal groundhog. I love the variety of animals, their unique personalities, and the surprising predicaments they get into that we see every day in practice. Orthopedic and exploratory surgeries are the procedures that most interest me.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a dog walker with the Humane Society of Charlotte, tutor elementary school students in reading, sail on Lake Norman, and run in the woods. I also enjoy relaxing with my family and Stephen, our very vocal black cat.

I can’t wait to meet your pets and help keep them entertained and well loved while you’re away.

Hey there, my name is Kayla O.

I’m 22 years old, originally from New York, and I moved to North Carolina when I was young. I've been here for about 17 years and proudly call it home! I'm currently enrolled in a Veterinary Technology program on  my RVT license.

I’ve been working in veterinary medicine for 5 years, starting as a kennel tech and progressing to a veterinary assistant. My experience spans doggy daycare, general practice, and urgent care. I'm fear free certified and skilled at using techniques to help shy or anxious pets feel comfortable.

I have two dogs of my own: Toby, a pittie mix, and Eloise, a standard poodle. I also foster puppies, so I often have little visitors until they find their forever homes. In my free time, I love reading, baking, relaxing with my dogs and watching movies, or taking my dogs on new hiking trails and finding new places for Eloise to swim!

My passion for working with animals has been strong for as long as I can remember. I can’t wait to meet your sweet, furry babies, provide the best care, and ensure they are happy and loved.

Hi there! I'm Kayla A.

I'm originally from southern New Jersey, but I've also lived in DE, PA, SC, and now NC! I completed the veterinary technology program at Camden County College and became a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). Then I went on to the University of Delaware to complete my bachelors in Animal Bioscience, with a Wildlife Conservation minor. During this time I was lucky enough to get experience working with all different kinds of working dogs. From service dogs with Canine Companions, to narcotics detection dogs and search and rescue dogs with the PennVet Working Dog Center, I was able to help train young working dogs before they found their forever partners.

I've been in the veterinary field for about 10 years, mostly working in general practice with some urgent care. I have a special interest working around behavior after my personal experience working with a veterinary behaviorist. Making a pet comfortable with me, and in every situation, is my ultimate goal. I also work closely with a USDA accredited veterinarian and help clients travel with their pets internationally!

I've recently joined an amazing community workshop to enhance my craft/diy abilities. I'm learning woodworking and pottery, with my next interest in metal work. I also love to play video games, walk through nature, read, and play volleyball and bocce. At home I have 2 talkative cats named Chadwick and Eddie (pictured with me!), and a Leopard Gecko named Vanilor.

I'm really looking forward to meeting your furry, feathered, and scaly family members! I love learning about each individual so please go on a tangent telling me their favorite things.

Hello everyone! My name is Ivy!

Originally I am from Winston Salem but have called Charlotte home for the past 5 years. I  graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Biology, focusing on environmental science. I have been in the Veterinary field for over 3 years now and currently I work as a Fear Free Certified Veterinary Assistant in general practice with experience working in Urgent Care as well. I've had the pleasure of working with a variety of different species and particularly enjoy participating in surgeries and procedures. I’m excited to continue growing in this field and to care for your cherished pets.

My passion for animals, which I inherited from my mother, drives me every day. My household is home to 8 parrots, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 geckos, an axolotl, and a horse. Its safe to say I am experienced with exotic pets as well! In my free time, I indulge in my growing plant collection and enjoy walks with my dog.

I’m enthusiastic about working with all kinds of animals and building connections with their wonderful owners. I look forward to the opportunity to care for your pets!

Hi, my name is Kara!

I was born and raised in Charlotte, though I spent some time living in Florida, where I managed an emergency and specialty animal hospital. While in Florida, I also started my own nonprofit, the Whiskers and Wags Foundation, which helps pets in need of emergency medical care.

For nearly 10 years, I’ve worked in various areas of veterinary medicine, including emergency, specialty, and general practice. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with animals, and one of the most rewarding parts of my career has been building long-lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. I’m especially passionate about emergency medicine, where I have the opportunity to save lives and support pet parents during highly stressful situations.

In addition to my veterinary work, I love pet sitting in my free time. I am Fear Free certified, which means I focus on minimizing stress by understanding and adapting to an animal’s temperament. I have a lot of experience working with fearful and reactive pets, including my own dog, Bane. He’s 9 years old now, and I’ve had him since he was 6 weeks old—he’s struggled with reactivity, so I understand the challenges firsthand.

When I’m not working or caring for pets, I enjoy horseback riding, volunteering, and spending time at the beach.

Hi! My name is Caroline!

I was born in Annapolis, Maryland, but my childhood was  a bit of an adventure thanks to my dad’s service in the Marine Corps. Our family moved every few years, giving me the chance to live in some incredible places, including South Dakota, Upstate New York, and even a military base in the Caribbean. When I was 13, I had started my first “job” as a pet sitter, walking dogs and caring for pets for my parents’ friends and neighbors.  I grew up with a Labrador Retriever and then we had a Wheaten Terrier!

After graduating high school, I moved to North Carolina and started working as a pharmacy technician while attending college.  I soon became a certified pharmacy technician and fell in love with helping people with medical needs. About 2 years later, I acted on my desire to combine my love of medicine and animals, and began working at a Veterinary Hospital. There, I was able to use medicine to help animals who were sick or unwell. After about 7 months of working inside the pharmacy, I shifted roles and began working as a veterinary technician/ assistant. I practice fear-free techniques and have a special love for cats.  I even rescued two cats of my own when I moved to Charlotte.  I plan on eventually becoming a certified veterinary technician to further improve my knowledge on animal care. Animals are my one true love in life and I plan on spending the rest of my life caring for them all as if they were my own. I’m looking forward to meeting your fur babies and sharing my love with them!

Hi, I’m Alex!

I moved to Charlotte from Miami, Florida, in 2017, and I’ve been loving life in the Queen City ever since. Working with animals has been my dream for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been fortunate to pursue that passion professionally for the past 5 years, with over 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting. Currently I work at a general practice where no two days are ever the same. We care for dogs and cats, as well as exotic animals like bearded dragons, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even the occasional chicken! While I enjoy working with all types of pets, exotic animals hold a special place in my heart.

In addition to my work, I’m currently enrolled at SPCC, where I’m working toward my Associate of Science degree with the goal of becoming a licensed veterinary technician. Among my many responsibilities in the field, I’m particularly passionate about surgery and providing critical care for animals when they need it most.

When I’m not at work, my wife and I love exploring the outdoors with our six dogs—all under the age of two! Our furry family includes three Australian Shepherds (Nova, Arlo, and Flynn), two Labrador/Pitbull mixes (Kado and Draco), and a spirited Chihuahua named Max, lovingly called Tootie.

Caring for animals is not just my profession—it’s my calling. I can’t wait to meet you and help care for your fur babies!

Hi there, I'm Reece!  I’m so excited to meet your fur babies and care for them as if they were my own!

I’ve had a lifelong passion for working with animals, and I’ve been in the veterinary field for over 5 years. Growing up, I cared for all kinds of pets, from lizards and turtles to cats and dogs, which deepened my love for animals.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications from Queens University of Charlotte and plan to return to school soon to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. My ultimate goal is to start my own animal care business, combining my experience and passion for helping pets and their people.

I’m a Charlotte native with four wonderful pets of my own: Roo, a German Shepherd; Bentley, a Husky; Aspen, my Ragdoll cat; and Knox, my rescue Maine Coon mix. Having a German Shepherd with behavioral challenges and separation anxiety has given me firsthand experience with fearful and reactive animals. I’m also Fear Free certified and RECOVER CPR certified, so you can rest assured your pets are in capable hands.

When I’m not caring for animals, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and horseback riding. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members soon!

 Hi, I'm Quinn!

I was born in Riverside, CA, but spent most of my life in St. Louis. After six years in Newport News, VA, I made the move to Charlotte, NC, in August 2024—and I’m loving it here! The people are incredibly friendly, and I’ve been enjoying exploring all the beautiful outdoor spaces. I’m also excited to dive into the local music and arts scene, which I’ve heard is amazing. At home, I have a 7-year-old cat named Xena, and I’m looking forward to adding a dog to my family soon!

My passion for VetMed started when I was a kid. I’ve always loved animals, and I was fascinated by how veterinarians could help them heal and thrive. I knew early on that I wanted to be part of that world. In 2017, I graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Hickey College, and over the past seven years, I’ve gained experience in Primary Medicine, Cardiology, Emergency, and Neurology. While I primarily work with dogs and cats, I’m also comfortable caring for pocket pets and exotic animals. I’m passionate about making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of animals and ensuring they feel safe and loved.

I’m excited to start as a Vetsitter and be able to provide compassionate care to animals in the comfort of their own homes. My goal is to help pets feel safe, relaxed, and happy while building meaningful relationships with both the animals and their families.
